1. This amount of Rs. 350 (Domestic Customers) is for becoming our customer.
2. This customer registration fee is for routing your investments in mutual funds through us. And for availing other products such as life, health and general insurance, bonds, deposits etc. that are offered by us.
3. This is a onetime customer registration fee.
4. If you are not interested in doing investments through us, please do not pay this amount.
5. Once the service is availed through us, the service is considered utilized and the customer cannot ask for refund of the amount.
6. Once you have paid the amount and on receipt one of our customer service representatives will get in touch with you for taking forward your investment needs. In case you do not receive a call or email from us within 2 business days, please get in touch with us at +91-44-4202-0942/ 4207-3710.
7. Once paid the service has to be utilized within 1 month if not the service is presumed to be utilized.
8. By mistake if you have paid the amount and would not like to utilize our services and want refund of the amount, please send us an email with scanned copy of your cheque leaf from your domestic bank account in India with the following details:

o Bank Address
o Bank MICR Code
o Bank IFSC Code
o Type of Account
